As a father of a former Music Mind Games student, I have witnessed firsthand how the interactive pedagogy of Music Mind Games can stimulate a group of young people to be passionate about learning basic music theory while also having a lot of fun. I want to support the growth of Music Mind Games so that more children are educated about music and are able to benefit from all of the enriching experiences that come with being musically literate. Participating in musical activities seems to me to be an important part of the socioemotional development of children, and expanding access to this type of education to children around the world is critically important.
